Things I Do
My work begins with deep inquiry into systems, contexts, and lived realities. Through rigorous research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic analysis, I uncover patterns, constraints, and opportunities that are often overlooked.
Research becomes meaningful when it informs action. I use human-centred design and systems thinking to translate insights into practical, user-centred solutions, whether digital platforms, programmes, services, or policy-adjacent interventions. Design, in this context, is both creative and disciplined.
Strategy and design only matter if they can be implemented. I work closely with partners, institutions, and delivery teams to move ideas into execution by supporting rollout, iteration, and scaling. This includes building partnerships, aligning stakeholders, and adapting solutions as they meet real-world constraints.
